It can manufacture bow-shaped shackles, D-shaped shackles, round shackles, high-strength shackles, D-shaped rigging shackles, C-shaped rigging shackles, etc., and can design and manufacture large-tonnage shackles according to your requirements.

1. The product adopts a manufacturing method combining alloy steel, die forging and free forging. All forgings are heat-treated to ensure the product’s impact resistance, load-bearing capacity, toughness and elongation, greatly improving its safety and service life.

2. The surface can be dipped in paint, sprayed, electroplated, and hot-dip galvanized.

3. Safety guarantee: Usually the shackle is 2.5 times the test load (2 times the test load for 55t~300t shackles, 1.5 times the test load for 400t shackles, and 1.33 times the test load for 500t~1500t shackles), and the minimum breaking load (i.e. safety factor) is 4 times or 6 times the rated working load.

4. The maximum tonnage of the bow shackle can be designed and manufactured according to your requirements, ranging from 100T to 1000T.
